"Everything was great. The lounge had good food, the coffee bar was good and the free breakfast was good too. The staff was always really friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and large."

"Couldn’t get waited on in the restaurant after sitting there for 40 minutes. Tried to order dinner in the room then and it was a 2 1/2 to 3 hour wait. The bed was like sleeping on a concrete slab. To top it all off when we went to leave, they had screwed up our brand new Range Rover car."

"This is the best property I’ve stayed at. I only had 1 complaint. The bed was AWFUL. I hurt all over and didn’t sleep well. I cut my trip a day short because of the mattress alone. Please, PLEASE replace them so I can come back! A hotel like this deserves a decent place to lay down"

"My friends and I loved this property! Comfortable king sized bed. Decent size for being a studio. The unit was extremely clean. Did not hear any noise from outside or neighbors. One callout was the unit did not have any windows, but it didn’t bother us too much. Perfect spot if you want to go out on Broadway. Amazing restaurants nearby. Would come back again!"

"We loved our rooms. Very spacious and close to everything. We enjoyed the rooftop area a lot. It was a little bit odd adjusting to not having a window since we naturally use that as an indicator of what time it is and to wake up lol. We did fine though."
