"An absolutely stunning escape from the city! We had such a beautiful and relaxing vacation. The owners were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home, helping us settle in and enjoy everything the property had to offer. Nestled on the edge of the national park, it was the perfect place to unwind. We loved spending our days bushwalking, relaxing by the fire, and soaking in the luxurious spa. It was a peaceful, memorable getaway, and we can't wait to return."

"Stayed for 1 night on a Sunday. Exterior of this grand hotel is run down, dirty and balconies falling apart and shut off. Disappointing you can not walk down the valley for the views. Some wings were cut off and shut down. Gardens average not maintained so well. Rusty electric box and pathway to view dirty cardboard area. Restaurants, boiler house and Pavillion cafe was excellent. Breakfast buffet very good. Inside was lovely and bar area grand. Room had a great valley view. Very small though...
