"Loved the evening staff and cleanliness. Pool and gym times are amazing for our work schedule as we travel. The morning staff was not as friendly as the nighttime- specifically Ms Karen who was wonderful. The coffee machine was delicious, keep this please. The cleanest hotel by far that we’ve stayed at in the area from Kannapolis to Concord. The breakfast was ok- but the staff very loud videos while we tried talking over coffee and the eggs were way too runny to try to eat. But overall great...

"Our room was a handicap and the shower flooded the bathroom… the tv would not work and the beds were old and bumpy. I’m sorry to write such a bad review but it needs updated. The staff was very nice, or we would have moved."

"I absolutely loved the room despite it being on the first floor and Katherine at the front desk was so sweet, helpful, and she knew you by name and asked how you were doing. The breakfast options were decent despite it being a Spark, the only thing I didn’t like was that my room didn’t have drawers at all to store clothes, so I lived out of my suitcase."

"The room itself was clean and the beds were comfortable and we slept well. But the overall facility is much older and run down and doesn't look great. It's also kind of back off around the highway in a little bit of what looks like a run down area. The pictures online made it look way better than it is. The milk I grabbed one morning and took back to my room ended up being sour. And one last very odd thing that may have nothing to do with this place: they asked for my credit card when I checked...

"I always enjoy staying at a Homewood Suites. Upon my arrival, I was very kindly greeted by a gentleman working at the front desk. His energy was beautiful, and his conversation was kind and funny. All the staff were very friendly; whenever someone at the desk saw me, they greeted me. I also didn't have makeup removal wipes or any hand soaps in the room, so I replied to a text I received, asking me how the stay was. They let me know they don't put those things in the room anymore unless we ask...

"My grandson slipped and fell in the shower, door was locked. Response from staff was terrible, took over 5 minutes to come up and then did not have the key. The tub/ showers are dangerous, only 1 grab bar behind the shower head, useless. Staff was rude."

"When I checked in about 4:30, the lady asked my name and I went to show her my credit card and ID and she said I don’t need that which was odd because I always have to show it at every other hotel. She threw the room key on the counter and said there you go. Seems like she was rushing me and just wanted me out of her way."
