"The staff were so helpful and so friendly, making us feel welcome. The apartment was clean and comfortable and has everything one might need. My only small concern was that the hallways had a strong smell of some kind of cleaning product or air freshener, which was rather overpowering. Fortunately it was not so strong inside the room. Otherwise, highly recommend for apartment stay!"

"All the staff are friendly, professional and welcoming. Location is great for shopping and the many restaurants Manchester has to offer. Our room was lovely - comfortable bed, ample space, great shower, lots of amenities Special mention to the concierge on both days as they were fantastic. Nothing too much trouble. Valet parking was worth paying for. Would highly recommend a stay here."

"The property is next to Chinatown so plenty to see. It is close to a tram stop so the whole area is walkable but quiet at the same time. The room size was good and we had a kitchenette. The free pastries were good as well. The staff were helpful and friendly. Overall would stay here again. "
