"We must have gotten an upgrade! Lots of room to walk around and a kitchenette. Loved having a couch and a chair and barstools at a counter. Everything very clean. And loved the packaged cookies!"

"The room was large and had two bedrooms and 1 and 1/2 baths with kitchenette, which was great for our family. The location was ideal for getting out for the coast road drive. We had a later arrival, after the office closed, but they left a note for us that gave us the information for our room access. That was appreciated. "

"Excellently-priced motel, close to the Main Street of Warrnambool. Clean, well-appointed room with nice, modern, spacious bathroom. Easy off-street parking and surprisingly quiet rooms, given proximity to the highway. Booking process easy and after hours check in not an issue. Staff very friendly. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"I'm quite impressed with this house, given it wasnt very expensive. Very spacious 3 bedroom house. Has multiple different sitting areas, and large parking space. Heaters and electric blankets in each room a bonus! If i had to find something to complain about, there is no oven, which seems strange given the large full size kitchen. We had to improvise cooking our pizza in the frying pan! Late check in was very simple and communicated beforehand from reception."

"First thing to keep in mind is that this is a historic hotel. That means shared bathroom and shower stalls. So long as you're OK with that, this is actually a nice spot. Included split system AirCon and TV, both hard to find at a historic location. Onsite food was good and reasonable. Well worth the price paid."
