It was the best stay we'd had on our entire trip and it was a really welcome surprise how good it was. So clean and easy to access. Would recommended highly. Perfect for a family stay.

Rooms were spacious. Heating wasn't the best, however it was cold the weekend we stayed. Ideal if you have teenage kids and want separate rooms.

One night stay Oct. 2024. Property is on the main road, but far enough back that it's not noisy. Our room was huge - it included a second bedroom which slept 4 more! We didn't need that. Good kitchen. We bought food from the grocery store (1.5 km away) and cooked our own supper. The 'downtown' is about 1.5km. in the other direction, if you're looking for restaurants. Good accomodation. Recommended.

Reception met with friendliness. The room was not where reception indicated. All surrounding people were smokers and the entrance to my room required me to walk through smokers and butts. My outside table was dirty with ash. People sat outside room smoking and it entered my room

The rooms were very clean and spacious, great for families. The view from the rooms were amazing! It was about a 10-15 minute walk into the town, or a quick 2 minute drive. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again

Excellent motel with easy access. Staff were top notch. Warrnambool is a beautiful city of 35,000. We got food food from Penang Alley owned by a five term city mayor. Excellent. Would stay again.
