"My room was so dirty the first night that my feet were black from walking from the shower to my bag three steps away. The front desk staff Sunday- Thursday were so incredibly rude. "The hotel itself was beautiful.
The room were stayed in on our second visit was not half as nice as the first room er stayed in a couple of months ago.
You should offer free breakfast. To pay for something that is limited is poor service.
There was also no streaming for Netflix."

"First time at Hyatt Place sc location was nice. Sheena at the front desk was awesome. She made our long trip so meaningful. She was kind, professional, caring , godly young woman. She loved her job and it was evident that she was just a generally caring person. My mobility is not good and she went above and beyond from the first greeting to our last step. "Lovely spot, great service, good breakfast and a nice room. The rooftop bar was closed one night for an event and it was too windy the next night, so unfortunately didn’t experience it.
