"I have never stayed at an IHG property, nor even heard of the EVEN Hotel brand but I was in Alpharetta for a conference at Avalon, which was fully booked, and found this property right around the corner. I was so pleasantly surprised and so was my colleague that stayed there as well. The room was spotless, the bed was extremely comfortable, there is some gym equipment in the room and the actual gym was clean and had what I needed (dumbbells mostly) but a decent variety of equipment. We were there M-W and it was dead silent, like we did not hear one single noise our whole stay. Jenna at the front desk was particularly awesome, friendly and welcoming. We absolutely will stay here again."
