"This hotel is amazing! From the moment I stepped in I was greeted and assisted by Elizabeth who was so welcoming, helpful and kind. My first room had an issue and she immediately transitioned me to another space, and upgraded me for the inconvenience. The wait and bar staff were also just amazing. From David to Marquis…everyone was just great! The facility is immaculately maintained. VERY! VERY clean. I promise every time I left my room a staff member was cleaning or maintaining something! The grounds are so beautifully kept. The pool area is just beautiful! Mountains in the background! Beautiful plats and flowers everywhere! Just beautiful! There is a cute little trail on the side of the resort. Don’t let it fool you…lol! It’s a small but mighty walk up! Hotel is centrally located, and a short, beautiful ride through the valley to Malibu! If I ever make my way back to Calabasas I will 100% stay at this location! "

"We had a good stay, it is definitely an older building that has been remodeled but it feels like they have done their best with it. The elevator broke while we were there but they quickly had the engineer out to fix it. Can be slightly noisy just because it’s all hard flooring so I feel like sound kind of echos. Everything was clean, especially bedding which is always a huge plus. Beds were comfy, rooms are big. Excellent location."

"I was there for two nights only. The staff were attentive and courteous. The hotel is beautiful and very well maintained. My room was nice, the bed really comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. All in all I am very satisfied with my stay and would definitely come back."

"Room was clean and spacious. I had stayed at this hotel before and don't remember so much highway noise. Maybe I was in the back previously. This time I was on the side facing Trader Joe's and it was really loud. Btw...Love that Trader Joe's is next door for picking up some snacks for the room. Breakfast was adequate. It was a bit messy when we got there, but there were also a lot of people at that time."
