"The receptionist was very helpful and welcoming when we arrived.
Allocated a room with a four poster bed, as I'm a little claustrophobic we asked to change room at reception, no problem at all. Overlooking the river with balcony we would definitely stay again in this room.
It is a little tired but clean and comfortable."
"This hotel has just been taken over by a new company and definitely needs some love and attention. However the staff were very helpful and friendly and the food was of good quality.
Bed in our room was a double despite being plenty of room for a king which would have been nicer.
