"Booked the stay for my wife for a business trip, she said it was a nice hotel!"

"Lukewarm water for shower. Stale cigarette smell in hallways and elevator. Staff members were very nice. Didn’t not use amenities or eat breakfast."

"Mostly there is no breakfast even though the images for the hotel start showing the lobby with breakfast. "

"The hotel was not clean. My room had a water leak from the ceiling, the room was not clean to a satisfactory standard, and the sheets and towels had a mildew odor. I will not stay here in the future nor will I recommend this hotel to anyone. Furthermore, when I was trying to checkout, the front counter was closed."

The room was listed online at one rate, but when I arrived at the property, I was informed that a significantly higher rate would be required. The staff was unable to offer a satisfactory solution or assistance regarding the discrepancy. It also took a considerable amount of time to reach someone for help after arriving at the property. Overall, the experience was frustrating, and I was disappointed with the level of customer service...

"The room had two roaches I saw before I even turned the light on. I went to the front desk and they said that was the last room. The lady at the front desk was actually really nice and understanding. But I wouldn’t stay here unless you literally just need a cheap room and don’t care what it looks like."

"My children and I took a road trip from Tampa to Louisville ky. I really need to stop and let the kids tun wild and I need to rest myself.The hot tub and pool was amazing... The stuff, Bre at the front desk was very helpful. And Rayshawn was the nicest waiter to my kiddos at breakfast. Highly recommend by this mom and kids!
