"Things are old, simply. You are in a great area and you HAVE PROPERTY! So many opportunities for you all, but you have to invest. With the price of living today students and professionals alike need a place away from home and expensive property to take a breather. I came for work but was a little put off. It just needs a renovation. That little area above the “closet” is unnecessary. Open it up for storage! Wears the refrigerator? You can only clean a carpet from 1940 so much. The bathroom is gross simply because it’s old. OH AND THERE WAS NO HOT WATER!!! "

"April at the front desk was very pleasant and welcoming, which I truly appreciated. However, our overall stay had several issues. Although we booked a non-smoking room, there was a noticeable smoke odor upon entering. We were offered a room change but chose to have housekeeping spray air freshener, which only temporarily masked the smell. Around 12:30 AM, there was significant noise coming from the room above us, likely due to children running and jumping. I attempted to call the front desk multiple times and had to follow up again at 1:10 AM before the situation was finally addressed. Breakfast was also disappointing. Despite being the first to arrive, the eggs were cold and unappetizing, and the sausage was barely warm. The only items I enjoyed were the waffle and coffee. Unfortunately, due to these experiences, I will not be staying at this property again in the future."

"No Phone in room. No room service. Asked 2 days in a row no maid service. pillow cases were dirty. Had to find clean towels at the front desk. SUITE didnt feel clean. HAD TO TAKE DIRTY TOWELS BEFORE I COULD GET VLESN TOWELS. I EXPECT BETTER THAN THIS FOR A SUITE AT 150.00 AN NIGHT.WE WERE THERE 3 NIGHTS. NOT A PLACE TO STAY."

"The bathroom was really dirty, the bed sucked, the floor sticky, and the room smelled like raw sewage. They only had 3 pillows for 2 people. I went to ask and they said they didn’t have any more. "

"We’ve had consistently pleasant experiences with other locations, which is why this one stood out for the wrong reasons. The pool appeared to have a noticeable buildup on the walls, which was concerning. Our room was also missing several basic items like towels and covers for the pullout couch bed, which made things inconvenient. Overall, this stay was disappointing, but based on our past experiences, we believe this location is more of an exception than the norm."
