"New staff from last year. We recognized only two - front desk and massuse (sp?). Food was excellent, but very slow. 90 minute wait for lunch special. "My husband and I definitely enjoyed our stay. Rock was a most gracious host. Any questions we had, he was there to answer and he was able to provide any extras we needed. He also suggested places to eat and supermarkets close by, he had us covered. The house was clean, quiet and comfortable, not too far from anything on the island. "Somerset is so good we almost don’t want to write a review so no one knows about it :) Just for comparison we went over the the Ritz and had dinner - it felt cold and soulless compared to the Somerset which had amazing warm families, solid amenities, unparalleled size of units, great beach access, pools for all ages and more. "I am giving this resort a 5 star review because everything I need from a vacation is at Sibonné and I will return over and over again ☺️. What stood out: - distance from beach - courtyard or balconies to relax, with views of the ocean - rooms are very clean and can be refreshed every day - staff are absolutely awesome - small pool if you want a break from the ocean - very quiet - walking distance for snacks and small meals to microwave And of course, the resort kitty!!!!! "The staff was SOOOO NICE Shawnette and Daniel went so over and above for us. Our vehicle rental had nothing to do with the hotel and Shawnette went out of her way to call them for us to confirm our reservation which I didn't even ask her to do. It really helped me put my mind at ease. Daniel was so kind and brought us fresh coconuts. The rest of the stuff I didn't catch their names but they were also so happy and kind to us the entire stay ☺️ I would 100 percent recommend this to anyone it was...
