"we never got any housekeeping. Front desk they should do it every 3 days but very busy so we never received any housekeeping. Had to keep going to the front desk for towels and TP."

Gym had high end equipment, the Pool, Sauna/Steam and Hot Tub were all really well maintained and equipped. The Museum was a great experience with some really cool pieces. Add a Billiard and shuffleboard table and Amenities get an A++. The rooms were spacious, water pressure was above average compared to most Hotels, "

"There are a few restaurants on the premises to choose from if you don't want to go out. The room was comfortable (LOVED the shower), fairly quiet, and the staff at the front desk were friendly and attentive. "

"The hotel (Forest Park Hotel) is owned and operated by a very rude young lady. The first room we stayed in (114) has no working air conditioning. They moved us to another room (208) which had bed bugs. The overnight front desk attendant with the hat was always on bs. I recommend saving your money and finding another suitable hotel. "
