"Booked on a last minute whim for a trip to the theatre in Aylesbury. Fantastic place - super friendly staff, high quality accommodation with a few extra nice touches on top. The breakfast was genuinely amongst the very best I’ve ever been served. Highly recommended place to stay."

"Business/CPD trip. Everything i needed was on the premises. Staff on friday night were very busy, but always attend to your needs. Cottage was squeaky clean. Thank you sooo much! "Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Cherry Tree. The room and place were lovely and quite modern considering how old the building is. There was only one shower towel and half a toilet roll when we checked into our room, as well as 1 of each tea/coffee so it seemed our room was prepared for one, however the staff were very helpful to sort this for us straight away. The location was good for what we wanted, and we enjoyed a lovely evening in Chinnor (although be aware it's a 30 minute walk on...

"This B&B was exceptional. The attention to detail was out of this world. It felt almost like staying in a top class hotel. Everything was laid on and Helen was superb in anticipating everthing I needed. And the breakfast - well - no words to describe how great it was. Again the attention to the smallest detail was fantastic. Will certainly stay here again if I'm in the area. Well Done!"

"Bit of room to improve here, to charge the rate paid (£118). The floors weren’t clean, and the decorating very tired - lots of messy paint, rusty radiator, and mucky old window in the shower room. I will highlight the very comfortable bed & quality bedding as the best aspect of our stay! But cleaning the floors (and toilet) between guests is essential."

"No door on the bathroom in the bedroom, which wouldn't be a problem if I couldn't see the toilet from the bed. If you'd like privacy when you go to the toilet, this might not be for you. But other than that, the venue is amazing and the staff were incredible"

"This is lovely hotel in the heart of Wendover. Lots of character. Our room was very well equipped, very comfy bed, hanging space and drawers, small fridge with complimentary milk and bottle of water, and even complimentary sloe gin! The bathroom was clean and shower was great. The room was quite warm but a fan was provided. The included breakfast had a buffet with fruit, yoghurt, croissants, meat, cheese etc, and a cooked breakfast was also available, which was great. There is lots of outside...

"The hotel is like an ex council block, not very visually appealing but has a nice reception area once inside. We were overcharged by £100 and the manager says it was for dinner that we never had. We were never told about dinner and dinner was definitely not booked for us. We were told that we had a premium room with extra space; all I can say is I would hate to think what it would have been in a normal sized room, they must have been tiny. We asked for a quiet room and we were given a room...
