"Lovely, well maintained hotel, pool and gardens . The staff committed , knowledgeable and friendly. Dinners in the History restaurant were without exception delicious, especially the First Class Railway Mutton Curry which was outstanding. These were preceded by a visit to the bar, over which knowledgeable barmen preside. All in all, a wonderful stay and the next door ferry was never a problem for us, indeed we think we will miss the throbbing motor which we found quite comforting. "

"Excellent management & staff. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The room we had was spacious & clean. The bed was the most comfortable we have ever experienced in a hotel. The shower was amazing, just what you needed after being in the heat of Kochin. All staff are polite, helpful and will go the extra mile. The General Manager was exceptional, we had a couple of minor issues which were dealt with immediately, again an above and beyond attitude displayed. We will return to this hotel and recommend...

"We had a lovely stay. The staff were very helpful especially as we arrived so late. They arranged transport from the airport and recommended places to eat as the hotel has no restaurent. The swimming pool on the roof was lovely and open early. The hotel was very clean, Sets of two rooms shared a communal area with a fridge.
