"Beautiful property to stay at. The grounds are very well maintained. Beautiful pool (unheated but nice and cool on a hot day!). Wonderful coffee shop. Very nice restaurant (I used for breakfasts). The architecture of the newer buildings (restaurant, coffee shop, tea house) is really nice and modern and fits wonderfully in with the rustic feel and look of the old tobacco barns. The guest rooms are nicely appointed, however they are old and need some maintenance to update them. I saw a couple...

"We loved our stay here. It was very quiet and peaceful. The staff spoke perfect English and were super friendly. The pool was very refreshing. They even brought us additional furniture so we could have a seating area in the room. Highly recommended "

"Very nice stay. We got one of the three bungalows directly at the Mekong. The other bungalows were up the hill. Impossible to get up when you are a bit older. 165 steps. The food was good and fresh from the garden. Unfortunately the kitchen is closing at 5 PM which is a bit early for dinner. This was for us a big downside as we stayed three nights. There is no safe in the room.Absolutly great view over the Mekong. Hotel room is a bit overpriced. It was a great stay for us."
