"Love it, we were there only for one night, but very comfortable."

"The office staff was very kind, and we appreciated their hospitality. Unfortunately, our experience around the pool was disappointing. We thought we needed wristbands to swim, so we were simply sitting by the pool and talking when a staff member in a golf cart approached us and rudely told us to leave. Even after we showed him our room key, his attitude became even more unpleasant. We booked this trip hoping for a relaxing getaway, especially since I am recovering from a total knee replacement and was looking forward to enjoying the pool area. Sadly, that experience left us feeling unwelcome. On a positive note, the porch area was wonderful, and the nighttime view of the stars was absolutely amazing! The RV park itself also looked beautiful and well-maintained for anyone considering a stay. My advice to future guests: Make sure you wear your wristband! Otherwise, be prepared for an unpleasant interaction with staff. Clearer communication and a friendlier approach would have made a big difference in our stay."

"Overall, our stay went well. The staff was great! The property was nice and the condo was generally nice but we do have a few things we feel could have been better. When we entered the condo, there was an overwhelming scent. It wasn’t a bad scent, but it was synthetic. We had to open windows and air the place out. The condo was nice and clean with the exception of the bottom of the shower where it met the glass. That was pretty nasty. We were disappointed to find out upon arrival that the workout facility was closed. They were also doing repairs on the stairs outside of our condo so they could not be used. I feel there was plenty of availability. They could’ve put us in a different room."
City on a Hill at Spring Creek

"What can I say, this was one of my best VRBO experiences ever. We stayed in the cabin "Joy" and it was a joy. It was very clean and inviting and dog friendly. I appreciated the fenced in yard for my puppy to be able to run loose. It was magical having the miniature horses come by for pets. The hot tub was great when the cool weather came in and out host, Greg, was very responsive helping me go from air conditioning to heater. He also assisted in extending our stay one more day. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and full size appliances were a plus. I will definitely come back to City on a Hill!"
