"My stay at this hotel was good. The front lady that helped my boyfriend and I when we first checked in was so nice and so fun to talk too. All the staff was nice and helpful. I will say I'm not sure about amenities because I really didn't stay in the hotel but to sleep. But I do know the breakfast buffet located on the second floor is $40."

"First off, the location was perfect for our trip. Traditionally we have stayed in Times Square but this location was much more convenient. With that, our first room had an overwhelming smell of mildew. We had to change rooms on day 2. The second room was not much better, A/C struggled and almost of the electrical outlets in the room were not functioning. Transferring rooms was a hassle so we just stuck with it for the next 2 days."

"I liked the location of this hotel a block and a half from Grand Central Station. Super easy subway access to everything, great walkability, close coffee shops and restaurants. Staff were SO nice and helpful. Room was nicely appointed, comfortable bed and pillows. Recommend!"

"The best thing about this property is its excellent location. The subway is only about a one-minute walk away, and Central Park is around 10 minutes away. There are also many good coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Despite the convenient location, the prices in the area are quite reasonable. Overall, it was a very comfortable and convenient place to stay."

"The property is worn down. The bathrooms need to be remodeled. The air conditioner did stop working but they go fix it. The TV didn’t work right and did turn on and off in the middle of the night. Staff was amazing. They were very helpful and very friendly"
