"I heard the manager say three people hadnt showed up for work. She couldnt help a customer with late check out because of it. I felt the staff didnt go out of their way to help customers. Plus i had to ask for ice insteadbof it just being available. Staff not friendly"

"Very nice hotel. Setup motel style, but also has an outdoor pool and hot tub. Room was very nice, very clean, great set up for skiiers. The lobby was very nice and had a bar. Staff were friendly and helpful. Reasonably priced."

"Overall pretty good, the pool was nice. The hotel was also really nice. Some things in the room didn't work but they moved us quickly. Would be nice to have a free breakfast or at least a complimentary coffee bar for the price of the room. "

"Was a nice stay nestled in some of the table top mountain canyon with the river not too far away. Very clean and comfortable. Super easy check and out. Stars were beautiful and some wildlife was around (Owls and finches). All appliances worked and shower pressure and temp were good. Maybe adding in like a small propane stove would be good (outside or in). WiFi good and you can cast anything you want with your phone to play on the TV. Maybe trying to make the TV lower than where it was would be an improvement (it’s high above the wall on top of cabinets. Otherwise I definitely recommend and will be back! 😀👍"
