"This is our favorite place to stay in Central Oregon! Our room is always clean and comfortable, and we LOVE the choice of pools/hot tubs, and all the other available activities such as golf and tennis. The arcade is a blast! The staff is always so nice. We do wish the swimming pool at the lodge was open a little later... There aren't a lot of inexpensive options for meals on site, but Redmond is a very short drive away and has many great choices for casual or finer dining. Very kid-friendly! Our family has been coming for many years, and even though my sons are young adults now, we truly enjoy our visits just as much as when they were little!! Make it a tradition!!"

Only minor note is that the room wasn't serviced. Fine as it was a short stay, but I'd suggest advising guests on check-in if that's the norm."
