"Lovely comfortable room in a well decorated and maintained hotel. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Perfect location just behind Palazzo Vecchio so close to everything I wanted to see. In the run up to Christmas it was well decorated and I particularly liked the little Christmas decorations on all tables in the breakfast room, a nice little touch."

El personal muy amable y profesional, el desayuno delicioso y muy completo y el servicio de transportación al centro de la ciudad muy conveniente. La habitación fue la más espaciosa en todo nuestro viaje por Italia, con la cama más cómoda. Si quieren una verdadera experiencia Toscana tienen que hospedarse en este hotel, yo volvería 1000 veces más! Gracias :) "

"The checkin was super nice and quick. We like quiet rooms and ours was perfect, at the end of the hall, windows facing outside view but not a street. The hotel is on a quet street that feels very safe. The room is very modern, two options of memory foam pillows and a very good mattress. The shower is really great and the bathroom is new and modern. There is a constantly running fan in the bathroom but it cannot be heard when the bathroom door is closed. Breakfast has plenty of cheese, savory pies, and pastries. Good fruit and juice selection. If you want a fried egg or an avocado-salmon toast, it would cost extra."

"The best location, next to the Cathedra, waking distance to all museums and train station. We had great room which was very nice, clean and comfortable. Highly recommended "
