"There are NOaminities. No vending machines or anyway to get a soda; no ice available. When I asked about bottled water, which I was willing to pay for, I was told to use tap water. But even if I drank tap water which I don’t, there were no cups or glasses to get the faucet water. There was an empty vitamin water bottle under one of the twin beds. "We would definitely come back here the next time we visit San Francisco. What we loved best was the hotel felt very safe, super clean, very friendly staff, garage for parking, great location, and small area for kids to play at the end. The only complaint we have is there was not a vent in the bathroom

"This is what you would expect for this hotel. It was a 10 minute walk from the train station. Everything was clean and of high standard. The staff were friendly and helped us get a cab to the airport that was 30 minutes away. This hotel was perfect for our needs."

"The best thing about the Lodge at Tiburon is the location. It’s so convenient to the waterfront and all the restaurants and shops located there. The room was adequate but nothing special. "Even though the WiFi was not working, the staff was extremely accommodating. My early check in fee was waived as well as overnight parking and I given a free drip coffee which was really good! My room was clean but it had a light smell of smoke, however I was very pleased with the awesome bay view! The indoor pool was and jacuzzi was also nice.
