No air con amd only abandoned in the room (off course I should have done more research) but was not expecting the room to be above 35 deg upon arrival. Almost impossible to settle/sleep and fan had littl3 effect. Staff were excellent and property was clean Restaurant closing at something like 8 pm was not good and then finding the bar closed at 9:30 was also not good.- again. Perhaps my own fault for not researching quite enough.

Booked a room, but on advice I paid extra for a larger studio as my partner sits in a wheelchair. Indeed studio was larger, but the point was that bathroom was absolutely not accessable with the wheelchair. Had to wash my wife outside the bathroom.

No A/C, and the sun hits hard on the fully glassed window. Need to stay in the dark with the current drawns to make it bearable. Only a fan is provided, which makes too much noise to be able to listen to the volume controlled TV

Wij waren met z'n 2e (Zoon van 12 jaar) voor een concert in het Scheldethater. Het personeel was vriendelijk. We hadden een nette kamer.. heerlijke bedden. Ruime badkamer. Genoeg keuze voor het ontbijt. De ligging van het hotel licht iets verder van het centrum af. Als het lekker weer is, is het heerlijk om te wandelen. Het is dan bijna 1 uur maar met de auto is het 10 min. Wel een aanraden 🌸

Gelegen in een flat is dit een prima hotel. Restaurant heeft zeer beperkte kaart maar levert goede maaltijden. Vriendelijk personeel. Schoon en netjes!

Come far diventare negativo un albergo buono

Tralasciando il servizio che è quanto meno disattento in tutto il nostro viaggio tra Francia, Belgio e Olanda, c'è un aspetto particolare che riguarda questo albergo: la puzza dei cuscini che invade anche la stanza. Ci è capitato altre volte, non spesso fortunatamente ed infatti ci portiamo le nostre federe e le riempiamo con gli asciugamani, ma non è certo una soluzione da hotel 4 stelle. Forse i responsabili e gli operatori hanno problemi di olfatto e forse anche molti clienti, ma è una cosa inaccettabile. Dormire sulla puzza di chi ha dormito in precedenza è un'esperienza che lasciamo volentieri ai responsabili della gestione di questo albergo dove non torneremo e che sconsigliamo vivamente.
