"Rm 101- 800sq room was excellent. My family enjoyed it. Beautiful windows & fireplace. Large bathroom. Plenty of lighting. Nice dining room to order in. Only downside was there’s only one night stand by one of the beds instead of having one on each side. The tub was also awkward to get in & out of. Overall, the room was great. We only wish the room wasn’t in another nearby building. Staff was most helpful & kind. Breakfast is okay. It’s mostly a cold breakfast, minus toast. One of us had mold on...

"Stayed here for a week in Dec. and got to know this place well. The good: It’s in a quiet area and the bedroom is very dark, so easy to get a good sleep. Great shower, kitchen amenities, and a solid living area. The place was quite clean and spacious. The so-so: Instead of a duvet cover, the duvet was sandwiched between two top-sheets so it was difficult to keep it covered. In winter, the baseboard heating struggled to get above 20-21c. "The location of this property is amazing. It is truly in the heart of Le Petit Champlain area and is so picturesque. Walking distance to upper and lower areas of Old Quebec. There were a number of pubs and restaurants in buildings with centuries of history. The property itself was easy to get into and was warm and cozy after a cold day of touring Old Quebec."

"Hotel was lovely Floriane at the front desk was absolutely awesome and helped us decide on restaurants. They were doing some construction so the gym and restaurant were closed but the breakfast delivered to your room was a delightful touch. Highly recommended "
