Best experience in Tepoztlan! 10/10

Casa Fernanda was truly a wonderful experience from the moment of arrival to check out. The service was impeccable, and the guest advisors, were world class (especially Arantxa). I traveled as a solo woman from CDMX and they provided me with clear directions on how to arrive from CDMX without any problems. The rooms were very clean and smelled amazing! Their products were top quality, and the on-site spa was one of the best I have ever experienced in my travels. I enjoyed the pool every day I was there, and the restaurant on-site was also fantastic. The hotel was walking distance to the downtown area of Tepoztlan, making it super easy to explore this beautiful small town. Truly a wonderful experience overall, and I cannot wait to return! 10/10!

La habitación está muy mal diseñada, entra luz por todos lados, las persianas estan descastadas, no tienen plancha de ropa, el horario de comida no lo respetan un día te dicen que a las 9, otro a las 10, parece que es según la ocupación que tengan, los dispensadores de shampo y crema están mal diseñadas y se atoran o se abren.

Es un lugar de paz y tranquilidad, todos te hacen sentir como en casa, está limpio y ordenado, la comida es deliciosa en el restaurante, el masaje del spa me encantó si pudiera mejorar algo sería qué colocaran aromatizante en el área de alberca del spa, no servía el vapor cuando estuve, también la alberca del hotel estaba algo sucia. El Temazcal me encantó

Excelente servicio, lugar increíble. Wellness, naturaleza, spa. Solo 2 comentarios: 1- room service acaba a las 9:00 pm. Considero que debería de haber una versión, con algún menú más limitado, pero que puedas pedir un poquito más tarde 2- por descuido de la gente del hotel y de nosotros, olvidamos dejar la llave. Y ahora me están pidiendo mandarla por mensajería. Ok! Es lo correcto, pero me parece un poco inecesario. Es una llave común
