"Didnt quite understand their water/energy conservation program. Got 1 drink voucher for 1 person when agreeing to skip housekeeping bed linen & towel change for what I thought was every other day but they didnt attempt a cleaning until the last day of our 4 night - 5 day stay. I had to request clean towels on the 3rd day twice before they showed up in plastc bags outside our door and did not pick up the dirty ones. We had to gather them up & leave them outside our door.
