"Overall it was a very nice stay. The bed was comfortable. Everything was very clean. We had a problem with our room keys and had to return to the front desk 2 times before we could get in the room. When we arrived at the hotel it was 3:00 which is check in time. Our room wasn’t ready. We were told 15 min. 15 turned into 45 before they offered us an upgraded room. Then we had the room key problem. I was so tired and needed a nap which at the time we fi ally got into the room it was too late....
