The door is the unlocked and a printer is activated to provide you with room number and code for the doors. Worked fine. "Quite a unique place - formerly a hostel, now run as an arts space and hotel (great for large families - really economical). Super location in a fascinating, historical but vibrant environment. Simple (yes, really a former hostel with several rooms with bunk-beds), clean, neat array of artwork from different countries, weekly art ateliers, with welcome hosts and a great patio cafe/bar. "This is an apartment above a restaurant, not a hotel. We did not know this so it was initially hard to find. But what a beautiful amazingly romantic place. Wi-Fi not great, so come here for the romance not work. All the staff were incredible! Always operating with a spirit of excellence! And it is right next to the castle! "
