"We started our Japan trip staying at this hotel, and after a long flight, it was a great start. The rooms are pretty spacious and the location worked well for us. We attended a Yakult Swallows baseball game across the street and was our main reason for selecting this hotel. What was also great was that the hotel was also an easy walkable distance from Harajuku, Shibuya, and Shinjuku. There's plenty of great shopping and food in walkable distances. The staff was also very kind and helpful....
"Super clean and convenient to all the Shibuya attractions. 5 min walk from Shibuya station making all of Tokyo accessible and a very friendly staff 10/10 would recommend. While the rooms are not large, they are adequate for the organized traveler. "
"All the amenities! it had an induction stove with pots and pans, a washer/dryer combo which came in super hand with the sweltering heat, as well as tons of stuff like toothpaste, toothbrushes, laundry detergent, you name it. A great stay!"
"Hotel in the heart of Shibuya. Easy access to dining, shopping, and the train station. The staff was very courteous. Each morning, breakfast had a great selection of items on the all you can eat bar. The bathroom was very nice! Great shower pressure and hot water. The lid of the bidet toilet opened automatically every time i walked in the restroom. The room was not extremely big, but it for Japan I think it was a pretty good size. Bed was very firm. Linens all white. "
"Lounge upgrade is worth the fee. Less busy and the extras are worth it. The lounge staff are exceptional. The hotel I’ve used since the early 2000’s and they have never disappointed me. Even if you don’t upgrade you will not be disappointed.

"Great rooms with lots of amenities (welcome brownies, coffee, tea, minibar, slippers, robes, umbrella, etc). Bicycles are available through front desk. Hospitality hour is held nightly with wine, sangria, sake with appetizers. The concierge was extremely helpful. The hotel is about a 9 minute walk from Shinjuku station. Overall, it was a wonderful stay!"
"To wait till last minute just to release the address is simply not mindful of the requirements of international travelers. Adresses are required for Japan entry purposes. I don’t see any reason to withhold that till last minute. Check in procedures are not required in advance but the actual address to help with logistics and planning and for Japan visitor entry. "
"I would say this was like living in an apartment and not in a hotel. It was amazing, the place was nice and clean and had a very nice sized fridge with a really nice kitchen. And don’t get me started on the bathing room. It was super nice and the bathtub was amazing especially when you had a long day off walking. The only down side is I was not to found of Shinjuku the prefecture it’s self it was pretty dirty and coming straight from Osaka where it was a lot more of a relaxing vibe, I would say...
"I loved staying at the stream hotel. It was very clean. Staff was attentive and kind. We brought breakfast with our stay and it was great. It was a breakfast buffet with western kind of food. It felt like we were times square in New York. The train station was right downstairs. I would recommend this place. "
