"The room was clean but the carpet was VERY DIRTY!. Changing to flooring would significantly change the room."

"Staff was nice, easy check in. Once we entered the room, pillows was dirty. Floors had not been vacuumed. Sheets was dirty and looks like someone slept in the bed. Tv was not working. Called for help, noone ever came. Checked out early and wil never stay here again. Never received an apology or compensation for the last night I didn't stay. "

"I think it may have recently changed ownership. This property needs a lot of work, they try but seem to be lacking customer service skills. Room was clean and basic, on the third floor, after getting our belongings to our room we went for dinner. Came back and the elevator is broken. Today had to use the stairs to get our belongings back to our vehicle. I know this is our of their control but an offer of assistance would have gone a long way. "

"No towels available at check-in. They were in the laundry. Smelled like weed throughout. Bathtub surface was peeling. Not impressed at all. Staff not very helpful or apologetic."

"The day I arrived I clearly showed I rented 2 separate rooms. Manager couldnt hlep me fix issue. I called hotel.com to fix problem. The agent kept calling front desk and they wouldnt answer. I tried to put the manager on the phone from my cell but manager denied. And told the agent to call the front desk. But hell they wouldnt answer it. I went to sit in the car till the agent finally spoke to them. Took 1 1/2 to resolve. Room had a big hole in the bed skirt. The bathroom shower knob pulls off. Shower handle didnt work. They came to clean room took all the towels and didnt replace. Worst experience I have ever had. Next time ill go down the road and pay them $788.00."

"Hotel is extremely clean. Hotel staff are outstanding, especially Brandi and Dashia. Very pleasant personalities, and were very helpful. They went above and beyond the call of duty to insure my and my brother's stay exceeded our expectations. Great job by all. the attached bar/grill made it easy to get food and drinks if you preferred, while also providing a very clean and pleasant atmosphere to sit and conversate as well as play games or watch TV. Ms. Ronnie was an outstanding bartender. Very pleasant personality. All-in-all, this location is a great place to stay, and is second to none."
