The staff member who assisted us with a luggage transfer and check out on 20 Oct was also very pleasant and helpful to us. They should all be commended for their friendly service. "Well kept property both outside and inside the room. The comfort room was spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable bed. It included a small kitchen with a sink, stove top, microwave, kettle, rice cooker, knives, bowls, plates, cutlery and cups. Adjoining the shower/tub area was also a washer, bonus. The only hiccup was checking in which was resolved with a quick response thru email. Close to Hakata Station about 15 minute walk and all the usual convenience stores and eateries close by. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a very comfortable stay."
