Walkable to the Ginza area that is full of shopping, dining etc. The staff really treat you as their house guests and are extremely helpful. Can’t say anything more about how hospitable they are. We fell in love with the custom Iconic pajamas that they provide in the rooms and it’s a shame they don’t sell them. "Central Ginza area is great for a first trip to Tokyo. Easy to get to most sites. 6 nights in this hotel. Upgraded to a corner suite. Included complimentary bar and evening drinks which was nice. We were on 5th floor which was a bit noisy with traffic. Should have asked for higher. Otherwise a great hotel. "
