"Very good location, nice staff, very small room you can hardly move, they didn’t let us in the restaurant because we had sandals and even after we explained that we are guests of the hotel for 6 nights and don’t have other shoes in the room they didn’t let us in. It was uncomfortable and insulting"

"I was so impressed with this hotel - it was very clean, attention to detail for the amenities (including pjs, slippers and eye steam mask), very nice + helpful staff, and very conveniently located to the main shopping area in Ginza and right next to a 7-11. Their restaurant breakfast were excellent - i am still thinking about the breakfast and it's been 3 weeks since I stayed. I only wish I had eaten dinner there one night. Highly recommend and will recommend to others as well!"

"I arrived early to the hotel and the staff were so nice. They allowed me to check-in early. The hotel was clean and the room was nice. I had a good view of the Tokyo Tower. I stayed in one of the artist rooms. There is access to the subway line and there are restaurants/shops located in the building as well."
