"Decent size suite for Japan standards. Sofa beds not made up, are small (for a tall family) and very firm. However overall a nice suite. Staff extremely helpful and kind, when we lost my sons phone, even posted it to Niseko for us. Property close to train station but could benefit from being more central to more restaurants and site seeing."

"Second time staying in this brilliantly located hotel. Easy walk to Shinjuku Station and the downtown neon, but located far enough away that is is quieter at night.
Would definitely stay here again."

"Very cozy stay at this hotel. I had some worries about checking in, but the staff kept communicating with me through the app and they were very helpful."

"We loved this hotel - perfect for our first stay in Tokyo! The hotel was lovely, staff were super friendly and our room was perfect, with a great view over the city. I've heard that the rooms can be a little small in this hotel, so we opted for an Executive Double, and it was fantastic. We even had a sofa, which was great for relaxing after a long day. The hotel even has vending machines and free umbrella rental, which really helped us acclimatise to a new city!"
"We really enjoyed this hotel! It was clean and comfortable. Close enough to transportation and walkable to many things but still far enough from all the crowds and noise of Shinjuku. "
"Checking in & out was extremely easy, hotel has all the amenities you could possibly need. Room was a little small but for the pricing I can’t really complain. "
"The staff is always courteous and helpful. This was my third stay and I always ask for a room with a view of the Godzilla head from behind the Gracery hotel, and they’ve made it happen each time. Location is in the midst of Tokyo’s most vibrant 24hr nightlife but it is in the red light district so that element is present too."
