"The breakfast was good. The coffee tasted very bitter. The room was a handicap accessible room. The made took the chair off on the bathtub and my mom could not take a shower for the lastnight. The front desk would not put the chair on. The front desk had a couple of people who were helpful. The majority of the staff had an attitude. Three different women who were very rude. Two of the four nights my mom could not take a shower. They switched the room and made us wait until almost 430pm the next...
