"The rooms were upstairs from a skeavy pub. The pub was situated directly on a busy road. The room was hot and stuffy (no fan provided) so the window had to stay open. The traffic seemed to be roaring through my room. I had to beg for help carrying my bags up the stairs. English breakfast was offered but only with fried eggs (I can't digest fried food.). Coffee (no tea) was offered. I can't drink coffee. One of the worst places I stayed in the UK (& not cheap.)"

Wifi was abysmal..their engineers said the only option was to move to another room But none was available ! "My wife and I had a wonderful stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable and very conveniently located. The only tiny, tiny complaint I can make is that the bed was really firm. However, I would stay there again. Everything else was great."

"Great location right near the beach and added bonus of on site parking. Our room was spacious and clean, and the bed was so comfortable. Bathroom had a walk in shower as well as a tub and toiletries were included. No AC but fans were provided. There was a bit of traffic noise but didn’t bother us too much. Ear plugs are in the room if needed. Recommend staying here for the great location and cosy room."

"We booked a luxury double. It was a very small room. The furniture was a bit tired and had some stains on the chair. Not enough ventilation as could hardly open the windows. No hairdryer in room had to ask for one. Wasn’t worth the money we paid. Didn’t have breakfast. No parking. Wouldn’t stay there again as I know there are cheaper and better places."

"Great location, and a good sized room. No air conditioning, and the fan provided wasn't that efficient. The wet room style of bathroom meant that shower water often pooled by the loo, (whose seat was a bit loose). I stayed for two nights and despite the notice that my room would be serviced from 10 am, when I got back to my room at 12.30 on my second day it had not been touched.
