"It is a lovely and very convenient location and the rooms are well appointed. I found the service inconsistent: some staff were very friendly and attentive and others looked bothered by our requests. Similarly some rooms were clean and others clearly hadn’t been properly sanitized. The breakfast was excellent."

"My wife and I absolutely enjoyed our stay here for a few nights coming from California. The hotel is located perfectly, right at the edge of the walls which makes it easy to get in and out. The hotel staff were very accommodating, showed us on a map where certain places were located and gave us beach towels when needed. "Had an exceptional stay at Vila Nepos in Split. The Venetian suite that was booked gave a feel of living inside a castle with all the modern and essential amenities. Rooms were clean and quiet, bed was comfortable and bathroom was spacious and super clean. Having complimentary access to washer/dryer inside the room was a luxury. Free WiFi worked well. Had 3 included breakfasts for the 3 days at 3 different restaurants which provided varieties and complete satisfaction. The best part of our stay...

Enjoyed a nice massage in the spa and drinks in the bar between other activities in Split. Worth the 50 steps outside the palace vs being immediately inside. Highly recommend"
