"The pool Staff was not helpful. Had to go to the window to order. The staff were on their phones and not watching. Ordered a charcuterie plate and the cheese had mold on it. Not happy to see that. The pool area could have been cleaned up more quickly. The staff only came out only to close the tab. For the amount one pays to stay there the services was a disappointment. One other issue was our room had a bad odor. They move us to a villa which was much better and comfortable."

"The room was clean and okay but the staff was unhelpful, there was kids running around the parking lot unattended, the jacuzzi and pool area was so filthy, trash on the ground, people sitting with coolers eating and drinking, no towels and broken chairs. The pool and jacuzzi were in awful shape and super dirty and murky water. Will never stay here again"
