For any non-Spanish speaking travelers who come here, it's important to know some basic Spanish because we only interacted with a few staff that spoke English. Overall, we would highly recommend El Santuario to anyone who is looking for a serene spot to relax and reset. Valle de Bravo, Mexico is a gorgeous area and while we didn't leave the resort, we would have absolutely loved to explore the little lake town. "
