"The accommodation was basic but clean, located on the beach but it’s not relaxing due to the large volume of long tails boats arriving and departing all day every day. Getting a long tail boat to the pier can also be difficult. They won’t leave with one or two people so you often have to wait until more are ready to leave. Getting dropped off by the taxi boat in high tide is difficult especially at night. No good options for eating close by. You can walk to the main area in about 20/25 mins but...

"My wife and I enjoyed our stay here while passing through Ko Phi Phi. The hotel is centrally located right in the heart of town and within easy walking distance to everything. The rooms were simple but clean, and the AC blew nice and cold - perfect for the island heat. A big shout-out to the front desk as well; they were incredibly helpful in receiving my international driver’s permit that had to be mailed from Canada after I forgot it before the trip. Great service and a very convenient place...

"We’ve had a good stay at the Uphill cottage hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, helpt with our luggage all the way up to our room. And also down again when we checked out👍Every day they gave us clean towels and water. The view was very nice untop, you could see the see from two sides. I would recommend this hotel, however, you have to be fit to climb the stairs to your room!"
