"Checking in was chaos, staff could not cope with amount of people. When we finally started the process of checking in the hotel telephone started to ring. The female member of staff immediately stopped serving us and answered the telephone despite the fact she was in the middle of serving us ! This is very bad manners to answer telephone whilst dealing with a customer who is currently being served at check in. The female member of staff forgot to give us our passports as she had put them next...

"This place is absolutely disgusting. We booked 9 nights. This hotel is full of roaches!!!!! And they are really big…. To top it off the shower was broken upon arrival. Then the restroom door knob was broken. And we couldn’t even flush the toilet. We called them to fix or to switch us to a diffrent room. They declined and kind you they were at our hotel until 3 am to fix the restroom things and said we did the best we could. And as for the roaches. They said it comes with hotel we can’t do...

Breakfast spread was amazing, had lots of local options to try. Our only complaint is that it says that you have free self-park on site which is not true. It was a scramble just to find any random parking on the street. "

"No child care services were used. The Heavenly Spa was wonderful. Yes, the treatments, steam room a pool all helped us to relax. Sara my massage therapist was awesome. She was very professional and her technique was exquised! Her deep tissue therapy was number 1! "
