"Had 2 family rooms next to each other ground level facing the pool for 6 family members and we couldn’t ask for a better stay. We went by what the front desk person advised and she took the time to talk us through it and show us the rooms from the terrace. The hotel was full but yet you don’t feel it as so many pools and the beach and the water sports pier We stayed 3 days 2 nights and kids wanted to stay longer. The highlight of our stay are the staff so helpful and kind and hope to come back...

The only problem is the swimming pool , it’s over crowded and small ,the water in it is only one meter high , no shallow or deep end it’s all the same . Rooms are over priced i paid $89 for one night to enjoy the pool but didn’t even go in it . "

"I had high hopes for this place. A great view of the Red Sea? Our room had no windows, the Wi-Fi barely worked, and there was no hot water in the morning. Private beach - accessable by bus 4x a day. People were super loud in the hallways until 4am. Despite having a reservation for 2 people, we were told we could only have 1 breakfast and lay for the other, but the breakfast buffet was mediocre at best. The bed was fine. There was plenty of room. Overall, very disappointed "
