"The staff! All of them! At the front desk, the restaurant and The Churchill! Absolutely incredible team. Felt so welcomed by all.
The bed is lush, the pillows amazing! Room a bit smaller than anticipated but for the price was great value.
Only downside is the soundproofing and heavy doors slamming when people came in and out of rooms."

"I recently stayed at JW Marriott Auckland and was disappointed by the overall experience, which did not meet the standards typically associated with the JW Marriott brand.
Service levels were inconsistent and appeared understaffed. During check-out, I called for assistance with luggage, but no one arrived despite the urgency of our departure. After a prolonged wait, two staff members eventually showed up one after another suggesting a lack of coordination.

"well first of all for the price of a 1 one stay?? and at the last minute of the booking?? i searched for a decent and comfortable room for me and my partner..the staff member at the time did mention the room booked for me which was smaller and near the main road? so noise wouldve been and issue?? but he than decided to put us in a bigger suit.. same price alot quiet and luxury with a friendly and amazing staff service with a smile..everything in suit was to my like.n would absolutley recommend...

"Wow! This place is awesome. From the warm welcome to the funky style, to the very comfortable room plus the downstairs bar, this place is where it’s at! "Great to get a call a couple of hours after I arrived for staff to ask if everything was OK - yes it was.
My one recommendation - extremely firm beds are not good for everyone. I had a terrible sleep as the mattress was so firm there was insufficient 'give' to support my body correctly, and my hips were aching."
