"I had a wonderful experience at Mercure Hurghada Hotel. The resort is beautifully maintained, with clean and spacious rooms, well-kept gardens, and a lovely private beach. The staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The food was delicious and offered a wide variety of choices to suit different tastes. The swimming pools and beach were clean and relaxing, and the entertainment activities kept both adults and children engaged throughout the day. The hotel's location is also convenient, as it is close to the airport while still offering a peaceful atmosphere. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money and is a great choice for couples, families, or anyone seeking a relaxing vacation in Hurghada. I highly recommend it and would be happy to stay here again."

"Everything is outstanding. Amazing staff eager to help in every way. The food is always great. The dinner buffet was something to look forward to every day. The hotel facilities are everything you would need. The room was very spacious and super clean, comfy bed and clouds like pillows. We had the best time with my wife and daughter. Zero complaints."

"All the staff were so friendly and helpful they really helped to make our stay. The chef came around in the mornings to check that we were enjoying the food and both the buffet and the speciality restaurants were really good. We particularly liked the Italian at breakfast and lunch as it was quieter than the main restaurant. There was plenty of food. The room was large, we had a balcony sea view room, it was clean and the housekeeper was excellent, providing a friendly service. Staff at the Sunrise Bar and Pool bar were also friendly and we enjoyed the all inclusive cocktails. There were plenty of chairs and sun umbrellas at the pool and the beach and both the pool area and the beach were clean. We enjoyed snorkelling from the pier. The spa was good and the Dive centre was excellent. The WiFi was variable but that’s probably to be expected. It was good when there were less people in the resort but struggled as the resort filled up. We had a really enjoyable week."

"Nice comfortable rooms. The staff was so kind and helpful. Restaurant is very good. The location is excellent if you’re into snorkeling or diving. Best massage. It is not part of a big chain and you feel the warmth and attention the owner (who is a lovely man) brings to it. He realized a beautiful dream. Thank you for sharing your dream with us Stephan! "
