"Location ok uphill from harbour but can find various routes and steps to make it easier. All staff friendly and helpful but was surprised reception could not help with access to internet to book a flight to Jersey when our ferry was cancelled. Lovely gardens. The breakfast was the best I have ever experienced. Buffet for cereals, yoghurt and fruit salad which was fresh fruit and a good choice of cooked meals served at the table. Would stay there again if visiting Guernsey."

"Staff were very friendly. Probably the friendliest staff in all of the hotels I've stayed in on Guernsey. Breakfast was very good, with a good selection. Evening meal was good and the correct selection of options for the amount of people eating in. There are a huge selection of restaurant's and pubs serving food nearby.
