"Our only complaint was that we had booked a room with a sea view but didn’t get one. When we raised this the hotel said they would have one available for us the next day. They were true to their word but we didn’t like the room so ended up staying where we were. The hotel was lovely, breakfast fabulous and the staff were all amazing and so friendly. We will definitely be returning sometime in the future."

"Staff were very friendly. Probably the friendliest staff in all of the hotels I've stayed in on Guernsey. Breakfast was very good, with a good selection. Evening meal was good and the correct selection of options for the amount of people eating in. There are a huge selection of restaurant's and pubs serving food nearby. Check out at 10-30am is a little too early. 11am at the earliest would have suited better."

"This hotel has a very interesting historical background with all the comforts one expects at a nice hotel. The staff is friendly and receptive to any requests. The room we stayed in was clean, well taken care of by housekeeping and had updated and modern bathroom and lighting/appliances. very nice and comfortable common areas, clean looking pool. excellent included breakfast, continental breakfast as well as hot breakfast made to order. Friendly kitchen staff as well. Also the food at the bar...

"Beautiful building and grounds, good location and plenty of on site parking. Received a professional friendly welcome with a speedy check in and kindly escorted to my room. It was very hot weather and the air con was very handy. Comfy room good amenities. Evening meals and breakfast excellent with a good selection, well presented and good service. Highly recommend Le Pommier and will book again. Thank you. "
