"The clerks were very welcoming and pleasant. Check in was done with a smile comfortably sitting outside on the balcony with a drink. The room assigned to this old guest had a beautiful bathroom but the tub was not practical for me. I was immediately transferred to an equally beautiful room with a balcony with a splendid view of the mountain range AND a very nice walk-in shower. I loved the friendliness and the majestic mountains. Chandolin boutique hotel exceeded my expectations."

"Arrived earlier than the check-in time yet, but the hotel host greeted me with such welcomed warmth and made me feel truly welcome -welcomed me with a cup of coffee while I was waiting for the my room -such a nice touch. Other host were so attentive and looked after me throughout my stay. Their hospitality was exceptional - from the beginning pick up at the station and dropped off until the day left.
