The Alpen Chalets were very good - clean, lot of space for 3 adults. Service was great in the Restaurant Senger and the food was delicious. We had breakfast and dinner in Restaurant Senger for nearly 5 days and we liked the food. Spa with massages is also very good. In general excellent experience. This was our 3rd visit during Christmas times and we like it here.

Great SPA, Great breakfast, clean rooms, unfortunately the Space within the quiet room are very Limited and especially at the Late afternoon it is almost impossible to find a chair.

Wonderful relaxing stay, the hotel was perfect, staff friendly, spa fantastic, and the views, the views!! Breakfast was first class, re food the only tiny point would be to mix up the evening menu a bit more regularly, perhaps with a few daily specials. Will be coming back.

This is a really very nice hotel with absolutely superb staff and a wonderful spa. Breakfast is excellent and the view from lake-facing rooms amazing. Why four, rather than five stars? First there is no room service. The reason given for this is that the hotel is spread over a large area and the hotel does not want to deliver sub-standard food. Fine, but if Deliveroo etc can deliver piping hot food across a town I’m sure this hotel could do perfectly decent room service if it wanted to. More seriously, the hotel makes a point of not having air-conditioning because of its environmental impact. I approve of that but it is a pity that people noisily walking between buildings late at night (often until 1am) means it isn’t really possible to sleep with windows open and, as a result, my room got uncomfortably hot. Relatively small grumbles about what is otherwise a first class hotel. I would return, but probably choose a room less likely to be affected by noise if the windows were open.

Empfehlenswert aber keine Klimaanlage.

Es war sehr schön, das Personal war freundlich, das Frühstück der Hammer! Besonders der ältere Herr beim Frühstück hat mich beeindruckt, mit welcher Liebe und Hingabe er seinen Job gemacht hat. Das Haus selbst ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr gepflegt. Klimaanlage gib es keine, deshalb würden wir im Sommer dort nicht wohnen wollen. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön, modern und sauber!

Exzellent in allen belangen

Wellness und Erholung für Seele, Geist und Leib. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Abendessen in der Brasserie sowie die Weinauswahl ist exzellent. Der Service und die Qualität des Essens am 11. Februar war überragend. Ich habe selten mal solch ein tolles Restaurant gesehen.

Tolles Erlebnis mit geringen Abzügen im Wellness

Tolles Hotel, freundlicher Service, super Bar und tollem Barkeeper, klasse Wellness-Bereich, Abzüge gibt es wegen der zu geringen Anzahl an Liegen im Wellness vor allem wenn das Hotel ausgebucht ist ….

Ich bin das 2. Mal in diesem Hotel. Das Hotel ist super gelegen, direkt oberhalb der Bahnstation. Das Frühstück ist toll, super Service, saubere, moderne, aber gemütliche Hotelzimmer. Leider gab es keine Aufgüsse im Wellness, da der Saunameister nicht da war. Aber ansonsten war es super schön. Komme gerne wieder.

Sıcak su akmıyordu, ve 2 tane tek kişilik yorgan vardı ve tek kişilik yorgan çok küçüktü
