"The room was clean and tidy, however when we stayed last year we had bottles of water in our room but this was not the case this time, I brought my own last year but didn't this year as I thought that bottles of water would be in our room. I also requested an extra pillow as the 2 pillows I had were flat, reception made a note of this but the pillow never arrived.

"The room could do with a little more cleaning and there was some black mould around the bath tub. The toilet needed a deep clean too! The staff on reception were excellent and special mention to Scarlet, Chloe and Josh for their help and kindness. Scarlet was particularly helpful in sorting out an alternative room for me as I wasn’t keen having a room with an adjoining door to the next room (even though it was locked!)
